Workforce Challenge Partners® (WCP) was founded by Anna Morgan MBE and Sudeep Dhillon to drive positive, sustainable workforce transformation across individual, team, organisational, and system levels.
Our mission is to support people to work at their best, build stronger teams, and deliver better care and customer experiences.
With decades of experience leading and delivering services across many different organisations, Anna and Sudeep bring a deep understanding of workforce pressure, cultural complexity, and the realities of frontline delivery.
They share a core belief: meaningful change only happens when staff at every level feel valued, supported, and empowered. High quality services are built on a workforce that feels seen and heard.
WCP brings together professionals from across disciplines to design practical solutions that respond to today’s challenges and prepare organisations for what comes next.
We specialise in navigating conflict, uncovering hidden tensions, and enabling honest, constructive conversations.
Our approach is relational, strategic, and firmly rooted in the lived experience of staff.

Connection, Empowerment & Integrity

Our logo consists of two elements: the butterfly mark and its lock-up. The butterfly mark symbolises the positive outcomes created through collaboration between Workforce Challenge Partners and those they support. Intersecting discs form a butterfly shape, representing collective strength and transformation, while the vibrant gradients reflect positive change.
"It was a pleasure working with Workforce Challenge Partners, we will certainly be keeping your contact details for any future work programmes we may require support with. Thank you for being so responsive and efficient."
