Workforce Challenge Partners® (WCP) was founded by Anna Morgan and Sudeep Dhillon to focus on creating positive sustainable workforce change at individual, team, organisational, and system level to improve employee effectiveness and customer care.
Having both delivered and managed many services across multiple organisations they fully understand and are passionate about the need for and the benefits of looking after and valuing the workforce at all levels. Only through this can true change and transformation in the quality of services delivered be achieved.
WCP brings together multi-disciplinary professionals to effect positive change in the delivery of care, thinking through both the challenges that exist now and those to come, engaging with the workforce at all times.
Whilst WCP primarily works with clients in the health, social care and the VCSE sector, it's workforce transformation principles can be applied to most industries.
WCP's services include: consultancy, service transformation, workforce engagement, employee relations, workforce coaching, clinical supervision, senior leadership coaching and coaching supervision.
Realising the full potential of those at the forefront of care, creating a ripple effect of positive change and enhanced value in communities.

H&WE ICB
Working with Workforce Challenge Partners was great – Anna and Sudeep worked closely with our leadership teams across NHS organisations, listening and understanding, identifying opportunities for change and development, and producing a very clear and professional report with recommendations we could work with. Their work with us enabled us to take the next big steps as an ICS.
